Looking to see what the hype is all about? Grab a canned good this Saturday, December 10th at 8 or 9 am and head over to Seacoast Kettlebell for its annual Charity Can Drive Workout to support the Dover Police Department Holiday Food Basket Program. This workout is open to the public and believe me, you’ll sweat and then go home and take a giant nap!
